An Apple for the Lunchbox that won't Brown

I found this idea on Pinterest and I put this in my daughter's lunchbox this morning.

Wash and Dry your Apple.  Cut off the "Cheeks" as I did in the picture.  Put the Apple back together like a puzzle and secure with a rubber band.  Since none of the inside of the apple is exposed, it shouldn't turn brown!
