Cake Mix Cookies are a quick, simple chewy cookie that my kids love. I love that I can fit an entire batch on 2 cookie sheets and bake them all at once.
Cake Mix Cookies
1 box cake mix any flavor (our favorites are chocolate and lemon)
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix ingredients in a bowl and drop by spoonful onto your cookie sheets.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Let cool for about 5 minutes on sheets and then transfer to a cooling rack.
