Ham & Cheese Croissant Roll Ups


Looking for new lunch ideas for the kids over summer break?  This was sure a hit at our house!

Ingredients
Refrigerated Croissant Rolls
1-2 slices of Ham per roll
dollop of Ranch Dressing or Honey Mustard per roll
sprinkling of cheese inside and on top of rolls
(I used Kraft Fresh Take, Cheddar Jack and Bacon Blend)


Assemble Rolls using your favorite combination of ingredients.  Bake in preheated oven according to Croissant Roll directions.  Allow to cool at least 2 minutes before serving.
