Today is Memorial Day and we all give our thanks to the Men and Women who have dedicated themselves to protect our Freedom. We remember and pay tribute with love.
Summer is now in full swing. The kids are out of school and trying to keep them under control is quite a challenge. Hopefully menu planning will help me to stick to a schedule which should make things easier with the kids.
Monday: YoYo (Your on Your Own)
Tuesday: Grilled Chicken Tenderloins and Pork Steaks
Sweet Potato Fries
Baked Beans
Wednesday: Kraft Fresh Take Chicken Parmesan
Spaghetti
Thursday: Cube Steaks (Hopefully I actually make theses this week ;) )
Mashed Potatoes
Green Beans
Friday: Beef Fried Rice
Saturday: Chicken Vegetable Noodles
(Bear Creek Mix I got on sale super cheap with leftover Chicken)
Sunday: Frozen Pizza
(I'll be cooking at the Ronald McDonald House in StL, so Daddy can make Pizza)
